Hello,

I’m Sarah, a medical doctor, holistic health coach and mama of two little ones. I love making nourishing food, slow living and going on adventures in nature with my little family.

Working as a medical doctor highlighted the importance of lifestyle on medical conditions. I saw first-hand my patients suffering from ‘lifestyle diseases’ and I felt that with better education and coaching their chronic conditions could have been avoided, improved or even treated. This made me passionate about creating a space where health coaching is no longer limited by short time-frames, and where my patients feel heard and get the treatment plans they deserve.

As a busy mum, I know how hard it is to care for ourselves properly and sometimes even the best intentions aren’t enough. This is absolutley normal, we know from science that forming new healthy habits is hard.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions which are personal and led by where YOU currently are in your health journey. I am confident that with my guidance you will be able to smash your goals and feel empowered in your health.
